Me as a Personal trainer

My own Self Image battles & Mission to be healthy has been a mission that started after realizing I was an addict to the scale at 12 and I was on diets from the age of 9 "cause I would look soooo much better if I just lost 5 lbs"   -  I was 4'9" tall... and 105 lbs.   


I moved to college in 1994, weighing 92 lbs.   I moved home summer of '95 weighing 135lbs.   

What went wrong? 

Smoking, binge eating, drinking and completely disrespecting my body and my health is what went wrong - and I was FORCED to get my shit together.   


I was diagnosed with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome - which is a name for "I don't really know what the hell is wrong with you" ) 


2 marriages, 2 babies, running a gymnastics club and successful healthy habits in between, I was hospitalized with, what we found out, was Crohn's disease in 2005 


Determined to NOT be a Crohnie who had to be on medication, I figured it out.  I aligned my habits, ate better, did a TON of personal development to heal old wounds and haven't stopped since. 


In 2013 - and expecting baby #3, I jumped in on a opportunity to coach, empower  and lead women into healthy habits through Beachbody - I wasn't selling the quick fix.  I didn't believe in them, because I already knew that quick fixes don't work!   


Fast forward to 2017, when I stepped on stage for a Bikini competition and shortly after, dropped Beachbody and picked up Personal training - The REAL Deal 


Since then, it's been my mission to work with women to do the head work, the heart work and make lifestyle changes to be healthier in a whole manner! 


I continue to compete for my own growth and self driven challenge.  And as a competitor - I have come to understand so much about the mindset, what other deem as excuses, aren't excuses. It's your reality!   It's what has got you this far!  And its' my desire to help you step through your fears, develop functional strength and become the healthiest version of you!   

Becoming Healthy is a PERSONAL competition - no stages, no judges... a competition with you, every day! 


To date - I've worked with incredible women, who have incredible stories of triumph, loss, overcoming disease and have all worked through pieces of it, in order to become healthier!  


These women have come to understand that RESULTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED... They're earned.
